2 to 4 Business Day Turnaround

Our service standard to provide your completed reporting package within four business days from receipt of your data though the data entry tool. Four days is the maximum, you can normally expect to receive your reporting package within two to three business days. We are looking to shorten the service standard to three business days in the near future!

The monthly review meeting can also be scheduled as early as four days after the scheduled deadline for data submission.

We normally see our clients submit their data to us in the first or second week of the month, and the review meeting to take place in the third or forth week. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
