DHAC follows an all-inclusive monthly pricing structure.
Cost Overview
Although prices vary based on the specific needs of your business, the range you can expect for a Fractional FP&A system that includes:

A monthly interactive reporting package similar to our examples.

A monthly in-person review meeting (at your place of business, at our office in North York, at a conference facility in downtown Toronto, or delivered remotely)

Monthly follow-up conversations after the review meeting.

Ongoing advice about how to continuously improve your FP&A processes
starts at $3,000 and will not exceed $4,500 per month.
We also offer a service starting at $2,000 per month, for clients that do not require a monthly review meeting or advice on how to shape their FP&A processes. This pricing model is available only after one year of working with DHAC.
As explained below, we provide this level of service at less than a third of the cost of hiring a single, senior FP&A staff member in house.

The above example illustrates how DHAC's fees are less than a third of the cost of hiring a single, senior FP&A staff member in house.
Also, if your organization is looking to strengthen your FP&A processes you are likely also looking into purchasing software to run your FP&A systems. The cost of FP&A software varies widely.
FP&A software that are designed for small and medium sized business, and that include comparable functionalities that DHAC provides, would include providers such as Vena and DataRails.
Pricing for these software packages are not disclosed, but vedr.com provides the median annual ongoing cost for Vena as $23K USD /yr, and for DataRails as $22K USD /yr (as of Jan 2025), with significantly higher costs in the first year of implementation and increasing depending on the number of users and added functionalities chosen.
There are lower cost software options available such as Sage Intacct Planning and Budgeto but these software packages come with reduced functionalities as compared to DHAC and may not be compatible with your existing accounting software leading to increased manual work every month.
Working with DHAC eliminates the need for any additional software costs as we have already incurred these costs and are in the business of selling the final output of our systems to our clients. Also, because we accept only summarized financial data, we are compatible with any accounting/ERP software, as we support "many-to-one" consolidation of your GL structure. After mapping your GL structure to the summarize account structure that will be sent to DHAC (which is the level of detail that will be discussed at the meeting), monthly data submission will an easy process, and is assisted by our data entry tool.
