Is my Data Secure?
We maintain the highest levels of data security.

Data Security of Reporting Package
Clients provide to us a list of email addresses of users who are authorized to view the reporting package.
User received a URL link to the reporting package from DHAC when it is issued. When a user opens the link, our 3rd party provider will send them a a one-time code by email. Once they enter this code, they will be able to view the reporting package for the next 30 days.
There is also the option to enter all email addresses under your organization's domain as authorized users. The same one time code would apply for all users when they access the reporting package.
Data Security of the Data Entry Tool
We have two levels of security for the Data Entry Tool:
- User name and password
- IP restrictions (only requests from a list of IPs provided to DHAC can access the tool).
Optional Levels of Lower Security
While we always recommend the highest level of security, there may be times when our clients may request a lower level of security such as:
-
Going through a demo, when the list of authorized users is not yet determined or if ease of sharing of information during the demo is preferred over a higher level of security.
-
Financial information in the reporting package is already public, or non-sensitive in nature.
In such cases as the above, or if requested by our clients, we can issue the reporting package with either of the following lower levels of security in place:
-
Password protection of the reporting package
-
Anyone with the link can view the reporting package (such as what is used for the reporting packages posted to our website)
For the Data Entry tool we can remove the IP restrictions and protect the tool by user name and password only.
