Workflow Management System
We provide a workflow management system that allows our clients to see all scheduled interactions with DHAC for the current month and the remainder of the year.
You can expect to receive reporting as shown below, updated in real time and accessible across all devices through the Monday.com app that is provided free of charge to all DHAC clients.
Alerts and reminders are delivered by push notifications or email and can be tailored to your specifications.
Use of the Monday.com app is optional, and all workflow reporting and alerts can be delivered by other means if you prefer.
Please see below workflow reporting for a sample organization that submits data on the 5th business day of the month, has review meetings scheduled on the 12th business day, and all tasks are showing as on-time.
We are pleased to offer demos to potential clients.
As part of the demo, we follow a structured process and will develop three reporting package similar to the examples provided on this website, but using your organization's summarized financial data.
It will also discuss the implementation and data submission process.
Demo are provided by David, and are normally conducted in person at your place of business and take about half a day.
All you need to do is submit your financial statements and let us know a bit about what you would like to accomplish from your FP&A system.
